The petitioners/A4 and A5, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307 of IPC @ Sections 147, 148, 302 of IPC in Crime No.20 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute between the accused and the defacto complainant, the petitioners and other accused persons alleged to have committed murder the defacto complainant Nareshkumar. Hence, this complaint. 3.The petitioners herein are the named accused in the First Information Report given by the injured victim in the hospital, who later succumbed to the injury. Statement of the deceased person regarding the cause of his death is recorded. However, overt act of the petitioners herein is categorically mentioned in the statement of the deceased.
