All the parties to the Compromise Memo are present before this Court except B.K.Nalini Jayanthi, the revision petitioner in CRP.No.3905 of 2018. A letter of authorisation is filed by B.K.Nalini Jayanthi and on her behalf, one Mr.Y.Subramanian is present before this Court. Both the parties accept the terms of compromise and the Compromise Memo is hereby recorded.

2. All the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of as per the terms of the compromise recorded. No costs. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the final orders.
