This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent/ the Sub-Registrar, Office of the Sub-Registrar, Joint-II, Coimbatore, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2023 and to direct respondent to permit the petitioner to register the Settlement Deed in favour of Mottito Togo, by considering the petitioners age within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. On a perusal of the records filed along with the writ petition, it is seen that there is no evidence to show that the petitioner presented the document in question as contemplated under the Registration Act, particularly as per Rule 55(A)(i) of the Registration Act. Hence, there is no cause of action for filing the present writ petition.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for want of cause of
