Heard Mr.Krishnanandh, learned counsel appearing for Mr.B.Sathish Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Pramod Kumar Chopda, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents.

2.The petitioner have come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the third respondent to grant refund of 4% Additional duty paid in terms of Notification dated 14.07.2007 No.102/2007Customs, as per the representation made by the petitioner dated 10.01.2014.

3.During the course of arguments, the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Revenue submitted that the refund has been effected.

4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
