The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2022, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, C.S.R.No.21 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioners and the petitioners herein shall co-operate for enquiry and he will not arrested till completion of enquiry in C.S.R.No.21/2022.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the Investigation Officer as and when required for interrogation and co-operate for enquiry. 07.03.2022 ari Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
