Crl.O.P.No.5371 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This bail petition is filed by the petitioners, who were arrested for alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 392 and 397 and 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.208 of 2022.

2. In view of the antecedence of the petitioners involving in similar case and the release of the petitioners before completion of the investigation will lead to tampering the witnesses and absconding. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
