ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.328 of 2024, pending on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the matter has been referred as 'mistake of fact' and that the respondent-police will file a final report within a period of one month.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondentpolice to file the final report in Crime No.328 of 2024 within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
