Aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent dated 31.01.2024, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the proprietor of the petitioner namely K.Ramlal Jain died on 12.08.2024 and no steps have been taken for impleading the legal heirs of the petitioner.
