ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the dismissal of 1/4

CMA.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Nagapattinam. The said CMA has been filed against the dismissal of the application in IA.No.803 of 2014 in O.S.No.223 of 2014 .

2. The petitioner herein has filed the suit in O.S.No.223 of 2014 and also filed an application in IA.No.803 of 2014 seeking interim injunction till the disposal of the suit. The learned District Munsif, Nagapattinam has dismissed the said application. As against the same, the plaintiff filed CMA.No.2 of 2015 and the said Civil Miscellaneous Application was also dismissed. Feeling aggrieved, the plaintiff has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Both sides counsel appeared through Video Conferencing.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the suit itself has been disposed of and hence nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and she undertkes to send an e-mail to that effect.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
