Magistrate Court, Gudiyattam was disposed of by an Order dated 07.07.2023 and the order of the Trial Court is extracted hereunder: "Petitioner present. R1 and R3 Present. Petitioner filed memo stating that received amount Rs.5,00,000/- and Sridhana Articles from the Respondent and prayed to withdraw the petition. In the interest of justice this petition is dismissed as withdrawn."
3. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There is no order as to costs.
