29.06.2014, enquiry is held, statements are obtained not only from the contempt petitioner, but also from the occupants of the other portions of the property and the statement is also obtained from the petitioner to that effect that they will settle the issue in the presence of one Karpagam, w/o. Boopalan and on the basis of such statement, the enquiry is closed. That being so, nothing survives in this petition and the petition is hence closed. No costs.
