ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's petition dated 26.10.2010 and issue orders.

It is seen from the records that the petitioner was carrying automobile repairing business in his property at No.1 Yadhorthagari Sannadhi Street, Kancheepuram and he was enjoying the said property for more than 40 years. While being so, the second respondent trespassed into the petitioner's property and take away the valuable materials and destroyed the petitioner's working place. In this regard, the petitioner filed police compliant as against the second respondent. The petitioner also applied for patta to the first respondent and the same is still pending. Therefore, the petitioner approached this Court with the above said prayer.

Heard Mr.R.Anbalagan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.N.Jayabalan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 26.10.2010, after issuance of notice to the second respondent and after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
