Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J., The petitioners, who arrayed as A1 and A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 477A of IPC in Crime No.10 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The first accused/first petitioner herein, while working as a Village Administrative Officer, by abusing his official capacity has created a fake patta in the name of his motherR.Malarkodi in respect of the land owned by the temple viz., Arulmigu Subramania Swamy Kovil attached to Puthurchathiram. Thereafter, by virtue of the fake patta, the property has been transferred by way of settlement deed in favour of the third accused, who is none other than the brother of the first accused.
The MoP adopted by the petitioners herein to grab the land of the temple has come to light in the course of investigation. However, these petitioners instead of co-operating with the investigation, are absconding. 3.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that unless the petitioners are taking into judicial custody, it is difficult to probe the crime and complete the investigation. 5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 14.03.2022 ari
