(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2018 seeking for payment.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, they are engaged by the respondents for photocopier service, and thereafter, the petitioner company had raised bills for the service rendered by them, but so far, the amount has not been paid to them. Therefore, the petitioner company has made representation dated 29.03.2018 seeking for payment, that was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction.

3. Heard and considered rival submissions made by learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the records.

Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to produce all the relevant records during the enquiry. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
