ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for both sides. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that after filing the writ petition, the first respondent passed an order in Letter No.SPO 1-A1/0313-MIG/2011 dated 07.03.2017 whereby the petitioner was permitted to pay the balance principal amount with interest in equated monthly https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instalments. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition and the writ petition is closed. No costs.
