ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to call for the entire records connected with the FIR in Crime No.0014 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Balamurugane, learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) would submit that it is the case and case in counter. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.0008 of 2022 and in the counter complaint given by the second respondent, a case in Crime No.0014 of 2022 was registered by the first respondent.

3. The first respondent has completed the investigation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

both the cases, filed the final report and the cases have been taken up in C.C.No.69 of 2022 and in S.T.C.No.61 of 2022 and both the cases have been taken on file before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
