2. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to take steps by substituted service by effecting publication in one issue of Telugu Daily 'Eenadu' having circulation in East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh, for the hearing on 19.06.2024. The publication shall be effected on or before 10.05.2024.
