Crl.O.P.No.5302 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned CSR No.133 of 2021 and petition enquiry is pending. If the petitioner cooperate for the enquiry same will be completed within three weeks and till then they will not arrest the petitioner.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and not to arrest the petitioner till then provided she co-operate for enquiry.

3.This petition is accordingly disposed of.
