(CR.NO. 283/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 2103/2022 dated 01.02.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VENNILA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2103 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition and the respondent police has also completed the investigation.
