There is a delay of 179 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.(NPD).SR.No.98646 of 2015.

2.In paragraph-5 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has stated that due to ill health and age related disease, the papers could not be represented and hence, there is a delay of 179 days.

3.I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The delay is condoned.

4.The petition is ordered.
