ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.100 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nammakkal dated 03.01.2020.
2.The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court (Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nammakkal) and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender and filing of the petition, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the said petition (either to allow or dismiss) on the same day, without any adjournment.
3. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
