..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned sale notice dated 23.01.2026 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd

respondents to recognise the One Time Settlement already acted upon by the petitioner by payment of a sum of Rs.76,00,000/- together with delayed period interest o Rs.1,80,000/- and further direct the 2nd respondents to formulate a revival and Rehabilitation Scheme for the petitioners MSME unit in accordance with the provisions of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 and to release the morgage documents and issue No Due Certificate in respect of the petitioners loan account nos. 6096048732 and 6096047444.
