This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Pr.No.3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.431 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22979 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- instead of Rs.50,00,000/- and for remaining deposit of Rs.25,00,000/- the petitioner shall produce a original title deed along with encumbrance certificate which is annexed at pg.No.22 Document No.1589 of 2008 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition and raised objection to modify the condition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
