Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 261 days in filing writ appeal S.R.No.73356 of 2020 filed against order dated 24.04.2018 and made in W.P.No 38085 of 2016 on the file of Learned Justice Dr.S.Vimala(IN.CMP.NO.11176/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JAYAPRAKASH, Government Advocate on behalf of the petitioner, and of Mr.SA.Sarangabani, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 261 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 24.04.2018 made in W.P.No.38085 of 2016.
2. Mr.SA.Sarangabani, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the petitioner/appellant.
4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Counsel for the petitioner/appellant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal upon production of proof of payment of Rs.2,000/-, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
