This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.38 of 2019 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondents has registered a case in the above said crime number on 17.06.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above, the respondents police are directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
