Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of Two Weeks thereafter as and when required imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12408 of 2019 dated 03.06.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12408 of 2019, dated 03.06.2019.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12408 of 2019, dated 03.06.2019 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
