The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 11.08.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.14897 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.08.2017 has

been complied with since, the petitioner's complaint came to be closed on 03.10.2017.

3. I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the earlier order of this Court dated 11.08.2017 passed in Crl.O.P.No.14897 of 2017.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to challenge the closure report dated 03.10.2017 if he choses to do so..
