This petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal for default dated 14.06.2022 in A.S.No.253 of 2013 and restore the same.

2. Mr.J.Antony Jesus, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 appeared before this Court and he has no objection to restore the appeal suit.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and accordingly, the appeal suit is hereby restored.

4. Post the Appeal Suit on 19.12.2023.
