ORDER

Apprehending that the petitioner would be transferred from the Panchayat Union Middle School, Anna Gramam, Panapakkam, Panruti, Cuddalore District, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with her continuance as B.T. Assistant (Science Teacher), without following due procedure.

2. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein, is not continuing in the post of B.T. Assistant, Panapakkam, Panruti, Cuddalore District.

3. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition, since the prayer has become redundant.
