O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from in anyway interfering with the business of the petitioner namely "Spring Spa" at No.321, Avinasi Road, Tiruppur- 641603.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running Aroma Hospitality and operating under the name and style of ''Spring Spa'', as per standard prescribed to run an Aroma Hospitality and SPA. He would further submit that the petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondents. The petitioner has obtained license and has employed qualified therapists. In similar cases, this Court issued a number of orders forbearing the respondents from conducting any raid or interfering with the business carried on by the petitioner on routine basis without any justification.

3. Heard the learned counsel and perused the materials available on record.

4. So long as the petitioner does not indulge in any illegal or unlawful activity, the respondents shall not interfere with the petitioner's running of the business mentioned in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
