This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 08.07.2014 passed by the learned First Additional Sub Court, Salem, in REP.No.266 of 2010 in O.S.No.368 of 2002, thereby allowing the petition filed by the respondent to recognize the petitioner as the legal heir of the deceased Judgment debtor. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit
that the main execution proceeding itself disposed on 23.07.2018 and nothing survive in the present Civil Revision Petition. 3.
Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
