.. Respondent Prayer:- Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for his willful, intentional and flagrant violationof the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 17.06.2015 made in Crl.O.P.No.14627 of 2015.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful, intentional and flagrant violation of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 17.06.2015 made in Crl.O.P.No.14627 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that a case in Crime No.476 of 2015 relates to offences under Sections 419, 465, 468 and 471 IPC. Therefore, this Court by an order dated 17.06.2015 passed the following order;

" In view of the above, the criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible."

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the disputed documents have been obtained Court from the Sub Registrar Office, Kunrathur and they have been sent to the Forensic Science Department after obtaining the specimen signature from the concerned persons.

5. This court has not granted time bound direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation, taking into consideration the nature of the offences which

involves in getting opinion from the experts. In views of the above, in the considered opinion of this Court, there is no contempt committed by the respondent police.
