After despatching private notice to the respondent, the applicant has filed affidavit of service dated 24.03.2026 stating that notice was served on the respondent. The acknowledgment card enclosed with the affidavit corroborates the statement. In spite of service of notice, the respondent has not entered appearance in the matter.

2. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that parties concluded oral arguments and also filed written arguments. It is also stated that the arbitral tribunal informed the applicant that extension of time should be obtained so as to enable conclusion of arbitral proceedings.
