This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the criminal revision as against order dated 26.08.2019 passed in M.C.No.49 of 2013 on the file of Family Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. The court notice sent to the respondent returned as refused.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 74 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
