2. C.M.P.Nos.4538, 4540 and 4544 of 2024 have been filed to condone the delay of 556 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, to substitute the respondents 1, 2 and 3 herein, as respondents 2, 3 and 4 in the second appeal and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent.

3. Issue notice to the proposed respondents 1 to 3 in the petition / proposed respondents 2 to 4 in the appeal returnable by 27.03.2024. Private notice is also permitted.

4. Post the matter on 27.03.2024.
