This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.142 of 2020.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate

(Crl.side) submitted that final report had been filed in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur stating that the First Information Report was closed as 'Mistake of Facts' and RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.

3. In light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
