O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.01.2023, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has been complied with vide G.O.Ms.No.255 Higher Education Department, dated 22.12.2016 and she also produced the said G.O. before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner took time to verify and to get instruction from his client in that regard. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that he isnot able to contact his client.

3. Since the Government has passed the order complying with the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is of the view that the writ petition need not be kept pending.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has been complied with and in view of the aforesaid G.O. passed, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 31.01.2023 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order vsi 2/3
