(CRIME NO.4/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30am and 5.30pm for a period of 2 Months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation by this Hon'ble Court in CRL.OP.NO.1455/2022 dated 31/01/2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1455 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and filed final report.
