O R D E R
The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.32264 of 2012 dated 04.12.2012.
2. It is represented that the order passed by this Court have not been complied with in letter and spirit. However, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, invited the attention of this Court to the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, Namakkal, in C.Pa.358/2012-(F-3) dated 07.01.2015 and would submit that temporary release of the vehicle has been ordered subject to certain conditions and the petitioner did not comply with the same.
In the light of the same, this Court is of the considered opinion that no contempt has been made out. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed.
