JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5968 of 2022 IN CRL OP.21795/2021 YASAR ARAFATH [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE VEERAPANDI POLICE STATION, TIRUPPUR CITY, TIRUPPUR DISTRICT CRIME NO.1195 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.21795 of 2021 dated 19.11.

2021 and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21795 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has not complied the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking note of the fact that the condition to report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders cannot be relaxed. Hence, the petition for relaxation is dismissed.
