C.M.P.Nos.4853, 4854 & 4856 of 2024 in S.A.No.369 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI.J, These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 570 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd appellant, Mallakkal; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant, Mallakkal and to bring the petitioners 2 to 4 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant, Mallakkal in the above Second Appeal No.369 of 2018. 2.I have read the affidavits filed in support of the above applications and the learned counsel has also entered appearance for the proposed parties as well for filing vakalat.

3.Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title of the above Second Appeal No.369 of 2018 and list the same on 14.03.2024.
