ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to issue the index information pertaining to the Doc.No.2200 of 1983 registered in Book 1 at the office of the third respondent to the fourth respondent and direct the fourth respondent to index the same in the encumbrance records, within the time period stipulated by this Court.

Heard Mr.J.Chelladurai Caldwell, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as requested by the petitioner, the Sub Registrar, Villivakkam, entered the information pertaining to the document No.2200 of 1983 in the index and issued encumbrance certificate to the petitioner. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
