The above petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd applicant, namely, Mr.Mohamed Shameel and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd applicant. 2.The learned Deputy AG&OT has no serious objections in ordering the petitions. 3.Further, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the petitions are ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the papers.
