2 P.ELANGO Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to To permit the petitioner to withdraw the sum of Rs.5,02,299/- being the sum deposited by the Appellate, to the credit of MCOP No.3394 of 2013 on the file of the MACT., (Spl.Sub Court), Cuddalore. pursuant to the orders of this Honourable Court in CMP No.4005 of 2017 in CMA.725 of 2017 dt.14.03.2017. (in CMP.11195/17 in WP.No.725/17) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VASANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.J.MICHAEL VISUVASAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner / claimant to withdraw the sum of Rs.5,02,299/- being the sum deposited by the appellant to the credit of MCOP.No.3394 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Court) Cuddalore.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on

both sides, the petitioner/claimant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from the award amount deposited by the Insurance Company in MCOP No.3394 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Court) Cuddalore.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
