Subsequently, the petitioner came to know that the respondents had granted higher amount of compensation in the case of one Rajasekar by giving him Rupees 925 per sq.ft, on the same, but the petitioner had received compensation of only Rs.623 per sq.ft., which is less than the case of said Rajasekar. Therefore, the petitioner has made representations dated 30.11.2020 and 11.10.2021 before the first respondent, seeking for payment of enhanced compensation as given to one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Rajasekar. As the said representations made by the petitioner has evoked no response from the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
