This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur District (Special Court for SC/ST Act, Tiruvallur) to consider the bail application of the petitioners in the event of their surrender in connection with Crime No.87/2022 on the file of the Respondent on the same day on merits in accordance with law. 2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that now the FIR has been altered and provisions under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, has been deleted and he would pray for permission to withdraw this Petition to enable him to approach the regular Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
