O R D E R

When it is pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents that there is no provision under any law to entertain the Review Petition dated 19.02.2018 said to have been presented by the Petitioner to the First Respondent, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
