This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to transfer the investigation of the complaint dated 01.12.2014 preferred by the petitioner, already directed to be enquired into by the Collector by Order dated 07.01.2015 by the Department of Revenue, Government of Tamilnadu Vide Letter No.48860/Ni.A-1[1] 2014 - 1 dated 07.01.2015.
2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
