ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 430, 379 of IPC and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act in Crime No.106 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is the owner of the vehicle, in which, four units of soil from the Agaram Lake was illegally removed and transported. On seeing the riders team, the vehicle and soil was seized.

3. Considering the quantity of the soil and the manner in which excavated and transported, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
