ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in the above matter viz Crime No.101 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J3, Guindy Police station, Chennai and to file a final report within a time to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial MagistrateI, Alandur and the same was taken on file in STC No.378 of 2022. Thereafter, the accused persons had pleaded guilty and final judgment of conviction was passed on 06.12.2023.
